What can you turn into a system?+
Spreadsheet-based reporting, financial overviews, operations workflows, and multi-location data can become a private application. We review your spreadsheets and agree on the scope before building.
Can you connect the tools we already use?+
Integrations are $1,500 each. Examples include QuickBooks, your CRM, booking software, or a payment processor. We confirm technical feasibility and scope before starting.
Who owns the data and the software?+
You own your data, with a full export in plain files within 7 days of your request. Modrn owns and manages the code, hosting, database, and AI tooling. You receive the app and admin logins, rather than ownership of the software stack.
What happens after launch?+
We handle hosting, database management, backups, security, bug fixes, and up to 6 hours of changes monthly. You have one point of contact for requests and approvals. Larger changes are quoted before work begins.
What if we decide to leave?+
Give 30 days’ notice. We export your data and switch off the system at the end of service. There are no exit fees.
